Broccoli Smoothie

Yields: 2 small smoothies

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup coconut milk*

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 cup chopped small broccoli florets

  • 1 large Peach, chopped

  • 1 papaya (room temperature)

  • 1 cup frozen Apricots chunks

PROCESS

  • Add all ingredients to the blender,

    • Adding the liquids first and breaking all fruits into pieces

    • Blend until smooth

  • Serve immediately or store up to 1 day refrigerated in a covered jar

*Note:

  • The number of ingredients mentioned in the recipes is usual adult doses which may be modified for children accordingly.

  • You could blend the mix if your child can’t chew and swallow well.
