Root Vegetable Medley

INGREDIENTS
Yam (1 unit) 219g
Potato (1 unit) 155g
Beetroot (1 unit) 162g
Parsnip (2 units) 133g
Radish (6 units) 164g
Garlic (2-3 cloves) (optional)
Fresh thyme (optional)
PROCESS
Mince the garlic.
Peel the vegetables. Wash them thoroughly.
Dice them (one-inch pieces).
Steam for about 15 minutes.
*Note:
The quantity of ingredients mentioned in the recipes are usually adult doses which may be modified for children accordingly.
You could blend the mix if your child can’t chew and swallow well.
