Safe and Sound Protocol
The Safe and Sound Protocol was created by Dr. Stephen Porges from Indiana University. The program can help three different brain functions - the ability of the inner ear muscles to hear the frequencies of human speech, the function of cranial nerve VII (our facial nerve which controls facial muscles) and cranial nerve X (the vagus nerve which enables self-soothing and emotional regulation). The music trains the auditory pathways by focusing on the frequencies of human speech.
You can now get access and coaching for the Safe and Sound Protocol from Doman International’s team.
