Ayaansh Crawls (Cerebral Palsy)

Ayaansh was diagnosed with developmental delay, cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, and infantile spasms. By three years of age, he had very poor vision. He could only distinguish between dark and light like a newborn baby and could not recognize parents’ faces or see any color. He had a low muscle tone, and had great difficulty moving on his own.

Parents did a Doman Method program which consisted of recommended Doman Method visual stimulation, patterning, nutrition, and movement on the inclined floor.

Ayaansh made great progress within just five months of consistent Doman Method program. His ability to see detail improved. He was now looking for toys which he couldn’t do before. He could crawl off the inclined floor and continue to crawl on the flat floor to reach for toys. He was crawling up to 30 meters on the flat floor daily. Parents found great improvement in his ability to understand them as well. Ayaansh’s parents are thrilled with all the progress he has made and so is the team at Doman International!

In this video, watch Ayaansh as he works his way across his blanket. It takes a great deal of strength, dedication and intelligence to be willing to work this hard. This is only the beginning for him and he’s an inspiration to us all!

This is a great win for him and his wonderful family!
