Online Tools to Help Your Doman Method™ Nutrition Program

Diet and Nutrition play a huge role in maintaining good health and promoting physical and neurological development. Giving your child the right foods and the appropriate amount of food influences is an essential part of the Nutrition program. The Doman Method™ prescribes a list of foods to eliminate, rotate, and/or restrict, and is customized specially for each child. Some Doman parents struggle with this part of the program as it requires learning how to prepare new foods and meals for their child.

The Doman International Nutrition team has curated a list of websites with easy and nourishing recipes that will benefit our Doman parents on formulating their meal plans. The following sites will give you information on topics ranging from general health to natural remedies, recipes from different cuisines, and ideas for snacks, all of which you can use to serve your child with special needs.
