Baked Salmon

Serves 4-6

INGREDIENTS

  • Salmon fillet - 400 gr

  • Finely cut spring onion - 40 gr

  • Minced ginger - 10 gr

  • Minced garlic - 10 gr

PROCESS

  1. Make sliced cuts on the salmon diagonally, without cutting through the fillet.

  2. Mix the spring onions, ginger and garlic, and generously fill in each cut of the fillet.

  3. Cover in foil completely. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

  4. Preheat oven at 350°F. Bake for 15 minutes.
