Kale Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 small to medium sized potatoes

  • A bunch of kale

  • Water (to cook)

PROCESS

  1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly.

  2. Pluck kale into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Dice potatoes into quarter inch pieces.

  4. Add water to the ingredients and steam them together for about 15 minutes or until cooked.
