Carrot Soup

INGREDIENTS
Carrots - 250 gr
Cinnamon stick pieces - 1.5 gr
Water 50 ml
PROCESS
Peel and wash carrots.
Add cinnamon stick pieces to the carrots.
Steam together for about 15 minutes.
Blend the carrots.
Add water and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with micro greens, cilantro, or mint, per your preference.
