Carrot Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • Carrots - 250 gr

  • Cinnamon stick pieces - 1.5 gr

  • Water 50 ml

PROCESS

  1. Peel and wash carrots.

  2. Add cinnamon stick pieces to the carrots.

  3. Steam together for about 15 minutes.

  4. Blend the carrots.

  5. Add water and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with micro greens, cilantro, or mint, per your preference.
