Root Vegetable Medley

INGREDIENTS

  • Yam (1 unit) 219g

  • Potato (1 unit) 155g

  • Beetroot (1 unit) 162g

  • Parsnip (2 units) 133g

  • Radish (6 units) 164g

  • Garlic (2-3 cloves) (optional)

  • Fresh thyme (optional)

PROCESS

  1. Mince the garlic.

  2. Peel the vegetables. Wash them thoroughly.

  3. Dice them (one inch pieces).

  4. Steam for about 15 minutes.
