INGREDIENTS
Mushrooms (chanterelles) - 200g
Pumpkin - 200g
Coconut oil - 30g
Brown rice noodles - 100g
Turmeric - 1.4g
Fenugreek - 2g
PROCESS
Boil the mushrooms.
Boil the brown rice noodles.
Fry pumpkin in coconut oil.
Add turmeric and fenugreek.
Mix in the boiled mushrooms and pumpkin with the noodles.
