Jana Creeps (Mobility)

As a baby, in her first few months, Jana slept very little. She did not turn or initiate movement on her own. She was not achieving developmental milestones like her peers. Parents instinctively knew their little girl had a problem.

We met Jana when she was 2 years of age. By this time, she was unable to move herself across the floor on her own and had to be carried.

After following the guidelines of the Floor Program of the Doman Method, Jana first began to learn to move on her belly on the floor independently. As she gained physical prowess, she then began to learn the next level of mobility which is to creep on hands and knees. With this video, we are excited to share that she has learned to creep for the first time!

Way to go Jana!
